Today I im sharing here my must products for a healthy skin .I love the simple things. That’s maybe why I love natural products, without a long list of ingredients and undescribable names.

Both pregnancy and pediatric worlds can make a great business for all kind of products, cosmetics or gadgets.

And for the cosmetics part, you actually don’t need lots of creams nor for avoid stretch marks or for baby care. Besides those products are usually full of toxic ingredients like endocrine disruptors.

So that’s why I only use vegetable oils to keep my skin hydrated and try to avoid stretch marks ( even if that’s a natural consequence and sometimes we just can’t do anything to avoid them, and on another side we need to embrace all those skin signs, natural changes that shouldn’t be ashaming. It’s just the prove that our bodies can do great things)

The main products at the moment that I use to moisture my skin are the following vegetable oils, just be sure to choose an ecological brand, it’s a sustainable way to avoid pesticides :

Coconut oil

1. Coconut oil. We can find it everywhere and the coconut oil can improve the moisture content of the skin.

Macadamia oil

2. Macadamia oil: it has been shown to slow the signs of ageing and has also been used to improve the appearance of scars, sunburn and other minor skin irritations. Perfect to prevent stretch marks.

Huile de cheveux Aroma-Zone

3. Here I have eight in one,it’s actually a hair care but I love all those oils, with castoroil, Coconut, Amla, Avocado, Olive, Broccoli, Jojoba and Mustard, giving strength, nourishing and repairing natural hair with ease.

Huile de lin

4. Flaxseed oil. Helps to minimise skin irritation, redness and inflammation of any sort.

Voilà, I don’t need much more to keep my skin hydrated, just need some time to apply and also be sure to have a healthy lifestyle and drink the correct amount of water.

Hope you liked this!
